At Sacred House Productions LLC, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the music they receive. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Exclusive Custom Music

  • 1. Payment is required upfront to schedule and begin custom work.

  • 2. Once the initial concept or draft has been delivered, refunds are not available.

  • 3. One round of light revisions is included to ensure the track fits the intended content.

  • 4. If a project is canceled before work has begun, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Sacred House Productions.

2. Non-Exclusive Music Licenses

Due to the nature of non-exclusive music, which can be previewed on our website before purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for non-exclusive licenses.

We encourage clients to listen carefully to the available tracks before making a purchase decision.
