We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for exclusive custom music tracks. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the final delivery. No questions asked.

2. Non-Exclusive Music Licenses

Due to the nature of non-exclusive music, which can be previewed on our YouTube channel and website before purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for non-exclusive licenses.
