1. Company Overview

Sacred House Productions LLC is a faith-based music production company specializing in custom music produuction for media, ministries, churches, and content creators. We operate under Christian values and aim to uplift through culturally authentic music.

2. Services

We currently offer:

  • Custom music production (exclusive and non-exclusive licenses)

All services are subject to availability and project approval.

3. Licensing and Ownership

  • Exclusive Licenses: Clients receive full rights to use the music commercially. Sacred House Productions LLC retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Non-Exclusive Licenses: Clients may use the music commercially, but Sacred House Productions LLC retains ownership and may license the music to other parties.

  • Work-for-Hire Agreements: Freelancers agree to transfer all rights to Sacred House Productions LLC, with mutual permission to use the work in personal portfolios.

4. Payment Terms

  • Custom tracks: $1000 (exclusive), $700 (non-exclusive)

  • Payment is due upfront.

5. Refund Policy

  • Exclusive Custom Beats: 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

  • Non-Exclusive Licenses: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

6. Use of Content

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify non-exclusive music.

7. Collaborations

All freelance collaborations must adhere to Sacred House Productions LLCs values and quality standards. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not align with our mission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by Sacred House Productions LLC is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sacred House Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our platform for violations of these terms or misuse of our content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Sacred House Productions LLC is registered.
